    To all the Lurkers/Non members/Guests

We can see you, we know you nice folks are here viewing our fine forums from the attic so to speak, I would like to take the time to ask you all to go ahead, climb down from the attic and sign up for an account with us. It's free, it's easy and it also comes with benefits like meeting new, exciting and smart people that share your interest in Linux.

It's a new year and we need a new thread. We've had this stickied for awhile and the previous one can be found here, all 6 Pages!

Mike, has anyone ever accused you of being a nag? Me? Never! That assertion + $5 will get you a nice latte at Starbucks!

Well, this seems like just the kind of forum I was looking for! Friendly help for Linux AND cookies!?

I have to say, the random question during account creation was very entertaining. I don't think I can resist asking what it's for. So... What's it for?
    Thanks for the welcome!
