Greetings!
Hey there! I'm new to the Linux side of Operating Systems. I'm in college for Computer Networking and will eventually need to take a Linux class. I wanted to get a head start. Anyways, my question is: Which should I download? Ubuntu Linux or Mint?

Welcome to the forum, and good luck with your classes.

I would recommend finding out which distro your Linux class will use and get comfortable with that. While you will get experience from another distro, if you really want to have a head start use what they use.
I know a lot of Universities use SUSE, and quite a few use Fedora or Debian.
