    Ethical issue

I've got a question about the ethics of the following:
I have an opensource project site and on that site I'm thinking of offering subdomains redirected charging a cash value to the community members. This would be ethical? How much should be charged?

Charged for what? What is your service, that you like to get paid for?
In any case, you need to make it very clear, that the user now enters a paid area.
Lay out the terms and conditions.
    Also use double opt-in.
As you will be dealing with financial and Private data: be very sure what you do in terms of security and laws.

But if there is a legitimate service and solid business, then there is no reason not to earn money based on OpenSource.
In fact, quite a few projects such as bacula, etc do this

Well, basically the community member (programmers) would pay a monthly fee and I would give him a redirected subdomain on site and some redirected email accounts.

Could you give any example about how should be the Terms and Conditions text?

I am not a lawyer and actually I would recommend consulting one.
Other than that, you will have very strong and established competitors, e.g. Google Code or SourceForge.
So your service would need to be something new and desireable.
