    Hello all

My name is Billy, I've been trying to break into the tech field for a while but its been slow going. I'm trying to get to know most operating systems and while I don't plan on using Linux primarily I know its useful and can do things that windows and macs can't. Ironically, my 1st question is going to be about removing it from my hard drive haha. But I'm sure I'll be using Linux in the future. Looking forward to your help (I will need it)

    Welcome to the forum!

You will have a tough time learning Linux if you don't give it at least a 50/50 time split with windows. You really need to dive in and use it to learn it well enough to use or admin it in the field.
