| Of course if we think about it we know that thousands of many animals have been affected but when so many human lives have been destroyed I think it is understandable that most of us have not given much thought about animals. You might be upset but I hadn't thought about animals at all until I read your post but, sorry, that won't change my hope that aid is heavily concentrated towards helping humans and only then to help animals.
As for your second point: a. I hadn't realised there was bragging going on in the press about respective countries contributions. I only mentioned the british contribution because i was pleased that for once it appeared the British govt appeared to be doing the right thing.
b. if there is bragging then if that shames some countries in doing more, good! |
