What's the meaning of your user name? (2013)

"What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet."

What Juliet said. Is there some interesting backstory to your clever LFO nom de plume? Or some stupid/silly joke reason?

I got the idea from this old thread.

I had a redneck buddy living next door to me in the late 90's, he was from Montana and he called me Mike"T-bob". Didn't mean anything but it stuck with me for a long time.

I got mine from The NeverEnding Story, not from the hard-core band. I was using it before them, though, I swear.

Sad and geeky here I'm afraid. Elija was the name of one of my AD&D characters and since I suck at choosing names, I stuck with it when I needed an on-line handle.

I was using Zenwalk, the distro, on an old PIII at the time of registering for this outstanding forum. It was a no-brainer!

It's the main character of a story I wrote in high school about a guy that was "cursed" one night, lived a horrible and miserable life, then died.... I think the name is catchy but because I am now so used to typing it I have a very hard time typing Smith.
