    Fedora 19 Beta is out


    They have let Schrodinger's Cat out of the bag (at least a beta of it, anyway).

    Seems there won't be a three-ring circus of delays like w/Fedora 18 - that's good. The July 2nd release date seems reasonable, so get a taste-test now.

    Some really cool software additions and enhancements in this release. Releases/19/FeatureList - FedoraProject

    Since the release cycle is so rapid, I don't think many bugs from F18 will be addressed. Switching from MySQL to MariaDB seems a little premature at this point, but we'll see how it pans out.
