Question How to learn knowledges about these systemly?

I recently got many trouble about compling or linking some program. Some troubles are already solved with the advise of members in our forum. But I still want to learn further more systemly about these: configure, make, ld, shared libs, vars, 64bit/32bit problems in compling and linking and so forth. Could anyone tell me some resources can learn these things systemly? Thank you a lot!

This tutorial may be a starting point with make and this one for configure.

I'm not sure if this is the sort of thing you are looking for?
