as i look in The Coffee Lounge i notice alot of polls going on maybe have the coffee lounge devided into like general chit-chat and polls or summin

I don't think there is much point since there is valid disscusion that could be with or without a poll with poll topics, and it would mess things up if people wanted to make topics into polls etc.

Something that was discussed a long time ago was a "popular off-topic threads" section where we move all the threads with something like 4+ pages of replys in to; (from the coffee lounge only). I wouldnt do it via poll only though.

At the time i think we decided against it because we didnt have the sort of posting rates with have these days.

What do people think about that now?

You would not be able to start new threads in it, only reply to threads that had been moved there already be a moderator when they reached a certain number of replies.

Thoughts?
