    Ooh Akira
This movie opened the world of anime for me.
I still have the vhs somewhere.
Maybe time to update to bluray and rewatch.

    For what I can recommend:
If you are not overly religious, maybe "In the name of the son"
It is no way near hollywood, buuut that´s a good thing.
Also the director Vincent Lannoo is an awesome guy who can win the hearts of the people at a cinema screening in a heartbeat.
AU NOM DU FILS - Official Trailer - YouTube

A little bit more serious is "Big Bad Wolves"
Big Bad Wolves (2013) - IMDb
Big Bad Wolves Official Trailer 1 (2014) - Thriller HD - YouTube
Note, that this movie is not torture porn, but instead questions vigilante justice.
You must always face the curtain with a bow.

    Watched Riddick

It was semi OK but the older ones seemed better to me.

Getting ready to watch 47 Ronin later.
