Yes it is, but you have use WINE (Wine Is Not an Emulator), which lets you use Windows apps in linux.

Depending on my system environment:
FireFox and Links.

I think the biggest problem with Opera is its looks.
FF just looks like a part of any desktop (like IE), Opera doesn't.
I also feel it has to many options by default(FF lets you pick your own).

i use both firefox and konqueror. mostly konqueror, to me konqueror seems faster than firefox. i use firefox for pages that wont work on konqueror like gmail.
