How free are you?

Just curious if you're system consists entirely of free software or not (free as in speech, not as in beer ).

Here is the definition for free software

Note that proprietary stuff which could be modem or video drivers are not free software, so I guess this also depends on your hardware. My system is 100% free software. I won't even put a precompiled binary on it, let alone something not free.

I had to vote mostly because I use nVidia's propietary drivers for my graphics card.
Aside from that driver, I'm totally free.

Aren't the drivers (NVIDIA's) free though? Not open source, but free? I guess my system is between mostly and completely free.

Think about it, the money it costs to write the drivers has to come from somewhere and you buying the hardware covers that cost. Therefore, the nvidia drivers aren't free.

I use only opensource software, apart from the NVIDIA driver... I really don't like having propiertary stuff on my computer, but I also don't like to have a computer that can't run PPRacer... :P

ATI drivers, java and NeverWinter Nights keep me from being completely free. I don't really count NWN as games are software that I don't care about being OpenSource.

Nvidia drivers, Java SDK and VMs, some games (Neverwinter Nights, Doom 3, Sim City 3000, Morrowind, NingPo Mahjongg, Marble Blast Gold, Quake 1-3, Doom 1-2, UT2003)... other than that I think I'm free as in speech, though not as in beer since all those games didn't come cheap.
