It is a load of crap and no basis, but stupid people might say wow. Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.

Ha! it's some weird format that only M$ can read
but oh well, I'll watch it on my mom's computer later... how typical of microslosh

I could read it with totem??? Maybe you just need to install the right codec.
I can play most windows-made video with the codec from the mplayer website
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/index.html go to download + codec
There is this line that applies very well here that I've been thinking of adding to my signature:
"The technical competence of a guy is reversibly proportional to the price of his suit"
This is something I figured after working for 7 years in the IT departement of a huge company... I can assure you that work at least 80% of the time.
That gives you an idea of how much these guys know what there are talking about

I sleep better at night, knowing that my system is running Linux.
Funny thing happened while I was watching that video, about halfway through, it just stopped. I had to start it over again. Figures with Microsoft. How to know if you are a geek.

I have tried to watch that video many times, but it always skips and the video freezes while the audio keeps going on any system that I have tried to view it on.
I posted this in the coffee lounge a month or two back and thought it was hilarious.
Whats really funny is that the google adds on this site actually give this "comparison" link quite often...figure it should give anyone on these forums a good laugh.Operating System: GNU Emacs

well, I have all the codecs installed, but still no luck, I tried it with mplayer from the command line and it keeps getting redirected endlessly, also tried to save it, and all it saves is some little 177KB file... dunno... but I found this link that some of you might find somewhat humorous, also click on each of the links, there's some pretty funny stuff in there
