    Yet another damned n00b...

    Evening all,

Found this site whilst searching for an answer - got the answer, so thought I'd sign up.

I've been in IT for a quite a few years, but mostly M$ based, the job has changed and now I am dealing more and more with *NIX. Linux is my way of learning my way round the *NIX O/S at home. However, it looks like I shall be dropping M$ very soon from what I have seen so far.

Oh, and if you're buying, I'll have a large G&T, thanks!

Don't be too hard on Micro$haft, after all, their flaky code is the reason that I managed to get out of a dead end job and move into the world of I.T. - with its air conditioned, cossested lifestyle and 'free' software perks.

No, good old Gates got me a better life...but I have tired of him now...I am moving on, on to the real computing world.

No more dealing with dolts with printer issues and BSODs. Time that I reported to a real Kernel...
