Sorry, I'm not usually so aggressive. I assume English isn't your native language therefore you can be excused :P
Anyway, I no longer need to run Windows (I'm on a gaming diet since they was causing my grades to decline
) so I use Linux full-time. When I start university though I will most likely install Windows.

I felt I needed to reinstall Windows.
I need it to fnd out how things respond and such.
I wouldn't bother having it if I didn't feel my Windows skills declining.
