Meaning of Nickname
Hi everyone,
As I go around the forums trying to help people and get some of my own problems solved, I always stumble across some interesting nicknames. I was wondering, where did you get your nickname from and does it have any special meaning? Mine is just my name...simple as that. I know it's not creative but I'm not a very creative guy.

I seem to remember there being a very long thread about this in the past... surely someone can dig it up; I don't have the strength. As for me, I'm a techie and a popular shortening of my first name is Moe. Thus, techieMoe.

I had a nickname once, but I threw it away and use my real name's initials now.

I used to drink a lot of Bud. It is still my favorite beer. I just don't have the money to spend on drinking beer.
I would rather spend my money on something more worthwhile, I just bought the Linux Bible by Christopher Negus. I am going to install Gentoo today, using it.How to know if you are a geek.

It's Latin. Probably not proper grammar, but I like it.
Pax = Peace
Noctis = Night
So it kinda, sorta, maybe translates into 'The Night's Peace'
Also the name of my website.
