    Need help

I ordered a processor from isellsurplus.com a month ago and they still haven't shipped it. I tried contacting them but they just ignore me. It cost me a lot of money, so I'm wondering what you think I should do.

Sorry to hear this. How many times have you called them? A friend mine went through something like this and kept on calling them until he got somewhere. I know that probably doesn't help, but it's worth a shot.

That site might be O.K., but I wouldn't trust it.
Some of his prices are to good to be true. Like some of the memory.

You can actually get everything cheaper on Ebay. I only ordered the processor because I couldn't find it on Ebay. I bought a cd-rom drive one time from them and it broke. Also the memory happens to be so far the most expensive I've come by.

That's why I never by online. That sounds like a really bad site.

I've ordered over a hundred times online and they are the only place to ever give me any trouble.

Have you tried Newegg.com? They usually have some pretty good deals.

I don't if this helps, but a while ago I had a similar problem with a no-name company as well. They ripped me off on a power supply and never returned my calls. Remarkably, they decided to return my call and set their wrong right once I threatened "legal action". Try something similar to that and be very professional...it's the only language these people seem to understand.
