I'm a Newbie!

Haha, I just noticed that I'm officially a LinuxForums Newbie! I really am a newbie as I'm still learning a lot about Linux. Maybe a couple of years or so and I'll have it down pat....

I would have thought there would have been a faq regarding the forums, and that it woul contain the number of posts needed to attain each level. I suppose they don't make that widely known as they don't want to encourage spamming to reach the next "rank" or level. I have to say I am impressed by the levels I have seen, you really have to be around for a while to have enough posts and move up, which seems to me to make them a more tre repersentation of someone's knowledge of this forum and Linux. Though I am sure you have someone who knows plenty of Linux that joins everyday and starts at the bottom. It probabl exists and I missed it. None-the-less congratz on your new rank.
