That was a typo. If Microsoft wanted to sue, I'm sure they could, but thanks to people like pornographer Larry Flynt, satire is protected under the First Amendment in the USA. Unless they bribed a few supreme court judges (which I wouldn't put past them but this issue isn't important enough) they wouldn't get very far.

That's my number in The Linux Counter. Create an account (it's free) and they'll give you a number.

    heh, it's quite funny
We are now offering the MS Linux Introductory CD at a special introductory price of only $249.99 (plus shipping and handling), if you order before it ships.

MS Linux is released under the provisions of the Gates Private License, which means you can freely use this Software on a single machine without warranty after having paid the purchase price and annual renewal fees.
btw those 1-900 numbers are about $2 per minute

Surely using someone else's logo is not protected under the first amendment.

He said to him it was just as funny as when you type in WMD in google and hit I feel lucky. That's what I got. I was unsure whether the site that he saw was no longer there, or it was funny because it took you to that treasury site when typing in weapons of mass destruction...
