You didn't have the option that I use. Every 60 minutes.
I use "slideshow" for my desktop, and I have it set to change the pic every hour.
It is set to use a huge folder of pics. How to know if you are a geek.

It depends. I have now found an awsome backround. I usually use a backround for quite a while, at least a month. Oh, the backround I have is from www.kde-look.org (though I use xfce), here it is:

I guess mine would be mood. I change it whenever I see something I like better. Sometimes thats a few times in the same day, and sometimes its more than a month. Usually there is some pic of Angelina Jolie up there, as she rox my box!!
***Edit***
These are some of the recent wallpapers, not the exact wallpapers I have more High Res pics at home but I am at work so this is best I can do.

I love the flexibility of the Linux desktop. I confess, I have a picture of Amy Webber which I don't use much... At the moment I just have a standard KDE theme. My monitor is bust, so nice looking themes are a little wasted

Re:
Great stuff..I get my wallpapers from deviantart.com or kde-look.org. Most of my rotation is coming from kde-look right now though. About to get dual monitors here @ work though in about a week. I need to find a site that has lots of dual monitor backgrounds. Anybody know where i could find some?

Mood dependent for me. If I'm feeling particularly unpleasant, I put up something by Deaddreamer. Most of the time it's whatever nature scenes come with SuSE.

I would say that it depends on my mood. Right now I'm at work (wishing I were home or somewhere else) and I have a picture of some island I'd like to vacation to.
