    i've got 4mb cable and average about 750 kbs

    When I started the first ISO of FC4 last night it began around 2100kb/s and stayed between 1000-2000kb/s for around 5 minutes...

    It leved off around 500kb/s after that.

    4mb/s cable connection, by the way

    well it actually more depends on what im downloading, and then its still when downloading a distro only 500 KBs.
