    Exam is 100% hands-on. There is no official practice exam that I know of.

    Well, certified folks obviously are not supposed to give you info on the tests. Cruise amazon for some RHCE books - there are plenty.

    Yes, if you didn't know, you have to sign a document agreeing to not disclose the contents of the tests. You arn't allowed to show any documentaion for their training either I believe.

    Just look for the books, I'm told they're very helpful.

    Does being RHCE mean anything? That is, does it carry the clout that MSCE does?

    The RHCE has a lot of clought, and is generally held in higher regard than the MCSE.

    The MSCE seems to have more clought with managers than IT people, most of the people at my place snigger at the MCSE to be honest.

    Does it carry clout even in a GNU/Linux environment other than Red Hat (like Novell Pro?)
