Mine is listed as 0/0 in my profile.
I guess that is better than 0/10 but I don't know the scale.
On an official doctor referral last year, I saw the paper, it listed me as:
Alert - +4
I never have figured that one out. I hope it isn't out of 10 as well.

In forums, you can rate users. Positive karma means you're liked, negative means bad things.
Many forums disable this feature, to avoid spam and competition.
