What About The Computer Illiterate?
Yes! You too can use GNU/Linux! All you have to do is read some books, maybe take an "Introduction to Unix" class at your local university. Would you expect to fly a plane if you didn't know how? Would you want someone to perform surgery on you if he had no idea about medicine? But what if somebody told him all he had to do was click on an icon a few times and an easy config wizard will guide him through your operation, would you trust him then? If you're thinking "I'm too lazy to learn how to use a computer" or "I'm too stupid to learn how to use a computer", then get a web TV or something similar.

Some people think GNU/Linux is a matter of life and death. I can assure them it is much more important than that.

The nice thing about Windows is - It does not just crash, it displays a dialog
box and lets you press 'OK' first.
