    I know a lot of people may argue - but I do actually like the penguin scheme. I was definitely in favour of discounting CL threads, but it's still nice to have penguins clocked. Sort of like Pay-for-Performance !! Sure it can be abused, but you do get to know the people that have been around longer and contributed (useful or not). Hey maybe in the future this may help....New IBM "Key facts" search engine ...for real relevency of posts

    i guess we wont be seing everyone rush to say hello to new people now and nobody is going to bother congradulating peoples penguin accievements.

    that makes me happy. however i did loose half my posts. but oh well, like high school its not like it matters anyway.

    As a sophmore in hs I would have to disagree there, you may hate your teachers, you may hate your classes but it's not really a waste of time, IMO. I wouldn't want to go straight to college without the knowledge of going to four years of high school, passing, and learning everything required.
