I currently use btinternets DNS (ip: 194.73.73.95) and its very unreliable!! Any one know any i can use in the UK??...

    Need a reliable DNS

    you could try NTL's, IIRC:
    194.168.100.12
    194.168.100.8

    BUT, i think most ISP's would block inbound UDP/53 from outside their own IP pool.

    I havent had any problems with BT DNS server's in the past... You could aways ring them up and have a moan

    FYI, This is also true for those of us in the U.S. ISP's don't want to have service non-service subscribers or have it take up more of their bandwidth.

    use mine... put it in as a secondary... 12.228.212.110

    I generaly have a stable internet connection and my server is up most of the time.
