    Well, Litestep can be skinned to correctly fit your needs. I have never been to comfortable with using it though. Right now I use FlyakiteOSX to suit my needs, and when I'm in a Linux-y mood (and right now none of it is working right), I switch my visual style to a blackbox version and run Blackbox for Windows. Hence, the normal blackbox experience. I dont know of any gnome or KDE emulators for windows.

    I've herd about blackbox for windows yeah... A buddy of mine was talking about it, he told me it looked a bit like fluxbox
