SUSE or Fedora Core?

Somebody told me the other day that if a poll were held asking people wheather SUSE or Fedora Core were better, then SUSE would most definatly win.
So I wanted to try out.
I voted for SUSE, by the way.

Since I have never used FC or RH, I don't think it is aproprate for me to vote, but I do find this topic rather unnecessary, and it may cause flames etc. since people can follow distro's religosly, and thus will not like people saying that is is not as good as [susefedora]. Also each person looks for a different aspect from a distro for it to be good, one might say "I think suse is better because of YaST", though for another YaST might me the living devil. Personnaly I don't see this thread as being constructive, but then again, will leave the mod's to decide.

I found SuSE better, it seemed quicker for me and I do like my YaST.

SUSE. Agree.
I've used both. And sticked to SUSE. Although I'm looking forward to trying Mandrake as well...
I really like SUSE as a desktop. RH/FC can be used as a server, and left behind. But SUSE also is something what you always want to explore and use...

I disapprove of SuSE because they include proprietary packages in their commercial versions. Also, FC4 detected all my hardware with no problems from a fresh install. Also the install's very easy.

SuSE was my first real one, but I have to say Fedora Core is just nicer. I suppose it's cause I ran gnome on FC and KDE on SuSE, but I just liked Fedora's 'yum' a lot.

Slack > all, though.

I've used both distros, and I find FC4 as absolutely wonderful and SuSE as on of the worst distros that I've tried...this is purely aesthetic preference though
