    It is quite sad. Did you notice they got almost all of the definitions completely wrong?

    Well, what quality makes you sad: the fact that they messed up the definitions big time, or that people don't know at least some of this stuff?

    I think that they really are hurting people more by telling them stuff like
    Megabytes - the amount of disc space on your computer and the amount of memory
    They could get a little more technical, so that the guy who reads this doesn't go to work the next day and ask his administrator "How many megabytes do I need to run programs with Excell?".

    More correctly, it could be "Excel: This is a useless program which uses a lot of "Megabytes"" or "Excel: A really bad spreadsheet" And could some one please e-mail these idiots and tell them what a MB is?
