Heh, I have an ATI RAGE PRO in my older box. They aren't bad cards despite their age.

an FX 5200 will do okay in CS:S...on low. i had one for awhile.

the BEST you can get in PCI form is a 5700LE...but it's still horribly crippled.

You may just wanna upgrade the mobo and get a AGP card...it would actually be cheaper...cause PCI cards cost a fair bit nowadays.

uhh, what i use to play cs 1.6 (I assume your talking about) is a GeForce MX 4000 PCI. It was about 30 dollars at newegg.

I tried overclocking that rage pro the other day, and I got cs to start up at 40 fps.
