put in the rescue diskette that you made, when prompted during install. Boot from this. Then, when in linux either re-install Grub or Lilo (depending upon which you're using - Check out the man pages for grub and lilo to find out how).
have fun
Nerderello
Use Suse 10.1 and occasionally play with Kubuntu
Also have Windows 98SE and BeOS

Yes the boot manager you are using will help, What has happened is during the install you wrote the BM to the MBR and when you installed windows it overwrote you BM with a windows MBR which cant load other OS's eithen other windows veresions, So you need to get into linux either using a boot disk like Nerderello said but i guess you didnt create a boot disk, you will need the redhat CD and IIRC you press f3 insted of enter which will give you a shell and then if you are using lilo just type lilo , or if using grub IIRC its just setup grup(0,0) (Thats if you /boot partiton is hda1), Hope this helps.
BM = boot manager
MBR = master boot record
