    My name is Ian.

    I am pretty much a newcomer to linux and still trying to find my way around.

    The two distros I use at the moment are Suse 9.3 and Ubuntu

    Welcome and out of curiosity...did you go with Breezy (5.10) or Hoary (5.04) with Ubuntu?

    Good choice to start with. I'm using Breezy and have encountered a couple of errors that were a ***** to get things back up again. I see alot of newer users on Breezy and then wonder how to get X working and things. It's good to learn but jumping into Developemental Releases should take some general knowledge with troubleshooting. Enjoy Ubuntu.
