I always liked those big monster things, I don't know what they were called. I think they went on to star in Dark Crystal....

    i used to really like the clangers- pink beings that inhibited the moon in network of tunnels. they were a type of muppet.

    Wasn't 'Oscar the Gouch' one of the muppets. The guy in the garbage can? I didn't see his name.

    I was too old for Sesame Street anyway, I was watching Bozo the Clown at that age....In fact I remember thats what I was watching when they broke in and announced that President Kennedy had been murdered.

    i think he was just in seseme street and not the muppets.
