productizing a network appliance running red hat 9

can anyone point me to the right info:

i am putting together a network appliance that runs my sw on top of red hat 9 - it is a black box that works with client desktop apps.

the question: i can't figure out what, if any, red hat acknowledgement/license info i must show in my documentation.

Im not 100% sure i understand, but i'll have a go..

    This is about licencing?

Linux doesnt have the same licencing ideas as windows, you can own as many copies of linux as you want, have the same copy installed on as many PC's as you want, you can give copies to all your mates, and its all perfectly legal.

Does that answer the question, or have i gone totally off topic?

thanks - i think so - just wanted to be sure that since i am using the "red hat" distribution, there are no "red hat" specific licensing issues (i am not using the enterprise version).
