    Damn right, that's real life for you. Turnaround on a sysprepped Win2k/XP ghosting and readding to the domain - 20 minutes. 100% clean. Saves a lot of time in a time-short environment, whereas investigation could take hours. Now if the same thing happened on 2 or 3 machines then you go investigating.

    Not true either. I work with some really techie people, all windows. While it is true that you can fake it far more easily in a windows environment than for instance linux/Unix, that does not exclude techies from being Windows techies. And don't forget techies get the same thing as users - Using something all day everyday makes it familiar enough that you won't want to work with anything else.

    I'm more of a windows techie, because I used it for about 6 years now. And i only started using linux recently.
