How many browser bookmarks?
Hi all -
I have an issue and it's growing! A month ago I got broadband, and since then I've been visiting a lot of sites and creating new bookmarks.
I need to organise these very soon or they will implode, create a black hole and I will be sucked into an alternative reality.
How about you?I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it. - Pablo Picasso

I voted "a lot", although the ones I use daily are all on my quick bar:

I voted 'a heck of alot', though it depends on how you look at it. I've got 13 main folders (linux, humor, art, comics, tech, temp, interesting, dictionaries...) and some have sub-folders (linux for instance has 'distros' which has links like the gentoo wiki).
Ok, maybe I should have voted the last option... Counting all subfolders, I have 213 individual bookmarks. I'll have to go through them and clean some out

I voted "very few", as I only have four main folders with about 6 to 8 bookmarks in each one. I don't keep any bookmarks in my bookmarks toolbar folder, either. I like everything neat and orderly on my computer, so I only keep applications, folders, files, and bookmarks that I actually use. No icons are kept on the desktop, either.
Guess you might say I'm minimalistic by nature.

Mine's ridiculous! I have 20 bookmarks alone in a sub-folder of a sub-folder. Then there's a bunch other folder. I try to keep them organized by category but becomes really hard managing them when it gets this big. Generally speaking, I visit all of them at least once every six months. Only visit 6 every day though:

I voted "Just Ridiculous" since I probably have over a thousand. I have 63 folders, and several of those folders have sub-folders. I counted those in the first few folders and quit at about 300.
All-in-all, way too many, but I usually visit them all every month or so, just to see what is going on in the world of linux and humor and databases and programming languages and .....
I may have to go in and count them all now that this thread is running.
