Both good reads. You might enjoy reading The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test by Tom Wolfe. The writing style is very unusual, but it mentions Neal Cassady who was the inspiration for Dean Moriarty in On the Road.

I keep reading about Kerouac, and would like to share this with you. I listen to these from time to time.
