I must say I'm a bit surprised nobody brought up the scandal regarding Sony and the root kit they included on some of their CDs (or maybe I'm blind and just need to be redirected to the appropriate thread ).
I'm really curious to know what you guys & gals think. For those who don't know what I'm talking about here are a few links:
