    Most embarrassing moment?

what was your most embarrassing momen?

mine was at an area scout camp, hunderds of people watching, all roud the flag, for flag down, to signify the end of camp.
I got asked to do it
So every1 had their whole uniform on, and all gathered round this flag.
I go out, I untie the flag, and you take a step back then salute
i took a step back, and there was like a flower bed thing, it was slightly raised, and i tripped right over it, one hand by my side, the other going up for a salute, and i fell flat on my back
every1 was pissing them self laughing
i just lay there thinking oops

    what bout yourselfs?

It was probably last night on the IRC channel when someone asked 'How do you fix that?' and me and my fat fat mouth said, try rm -f /

Then you straightened me out. It was a joke! In bad taste perhaps. I won't do it again.

Okay ... another one. I went to a friend's party (there were quite a few guests) and I had to go upstairs to the loo. Halfway down the stairs I fell over the carpet and went A over T down the stairwell.

The guests came running out to see what the noise was. After that I used to get told, "You must come to my party next week! I can't wait to see you fall down the stairs again."

I have another one! I'd forgotten. This is actually worse:

I used to live in the small town of Loughborough in Leicestershire. One day a friend and me went into the town and we visited a health food shop. We paid for the goods - A couple of very pretty girls used to work in there.

On the way out my mate said, "You might want to check your nose!" There was a huge gob of snot hanging off the end of my nose which I hadn't felt or seen.

So I'd walked into that shop, bought the goods, smiled at the nice girls and they must have thought, 'Lovely ...'.

it reminds me of those cigar(hamlet, i think) adverts on the radio. there was one where you here a woman saying: "well, i see we have a new member to our class. please stand up and introduce yourself".
"Hi. my names robert.......and i'm.....an alchoholic"
    "robert", the woman says
    "yep", he replies
    "this is a yoga class".
and then you hear the sound of a cigar being lit up. "happiness is a cigar called hamlet....."

The only thing I could really think of right now is last year when me and my friend were arguining in class and I called him a nigger and the teacher went on a rant about acceptance and stuff...It was pretty embarassing.

I love the fact that the google ads on the bottom of a thread about embarassing moments are all (at the moment) for adult diapers

From here the ads are about holiday hotels in Loch Lomond. Maybe embarassing things happen there??
