LinuxForums Gaming Clan

Well... There are a few people on these forums who want to have a clan, so I thought, Dapper Dan, thought that we should have another topic for this, and I agree so here it is, so far games to play are:

Battlefield 1942
Cube (suggestion from me)
neverwinter nights;
doom 3
quake 4
UT (in all its guises)
wolfensten enemy territoty

Who wants to join?

So far:
onlinebacon
Dapper Dan
a12ctic
jaboua?
d3
Stefann

That should be about enough games, but I guess we need more people
I dont think it would be a good idea to have a captain, lets vote on things?

couple of games to add:

neverwinter nights;
doom 3
quake 4
UT (in all its guises)
wolfensten enemy territoty

soon as my geforce go 6600 hardware starts playing nice with my linux install, i'll be getting quake 4 and practising my fragging skills

Hardware Drivers. In SuSE, ALL the hardware is detected and installed automatically! How is this harder than Windows' constant disc changing and rebooting?

I think it would be cool if we all got into a guild in World of Warcraft, I have WoW running on my SuSE 10 box at home.

Anyhoo, count me in on the gaming thing. I have Doom 3 and UT 2004 on my suse machine. Not really interested in Neverwinter Nights, I used to own Battlefield 1942 until I lost my disc in my room , and I'm broke so I can't get quake 4 right now. Oh and I do have a copy of escape from castle wolf for win32, can I just install that with wine to play enemy territory?

I'd love to join except I don't have any of those games and they all cost money. Unless you add like Halo or Rainbow Six: Raven Shield, I can't...yes, I know, those games won't be added cause there is no linux port.
