I'm 16, and as of last week I am a social smoker. Cigars only, you don't inhale it, not as bad....

As an ex-smoker I'd just like to say that the people who say they're "social smokers" are kidding themselves. I spent a long time saying I was just a social smoker, even though I was smoking two packs for one night out.

Sorry people, you're smokers whether you like it or not!

Sorry kbk -- I posted that at the same time as you posted yours, so it wasn't directed at you in particular!!!

Still -- my advice is quit now. You will regret it later if you don't. Trust me.

I wholeheartedly second that. Nicotine is the most addictive substance you can put in your body. Don't think you can quit anytime you want. It's MUCH harder than that. I once tried to explain to someone what nicotine addiction was like and the closest thing I could come up with is this:
Have you ever been so hungry that you thought you would die if you didn't get something to eat right away? Craving food until you thought you'd go mad? That's what nicotine withdrawal is like, only... you can't eat!

Yeah it's alright. I don't know how People who only smoke at a bowling alley every couple weeks are really smokers though. It's not like I was chain smoking the Cuban cigars, I had one that lasted me pretty much all night.

    Smoke what?

Cigs are nasty, but there's nothing wrong with ganja. Been smoking for about a year or so, I take periods of time in which I slow down - this is mainly due to work and grades.

Legalize it, don't criticize it. Legalize it and I'll advertise it

    Keep on tokin' :smoke:
