Just copy everything to the usb drive and install a bootloader on the usb drive. lilo works. Sorry there isnt a more automatic way to do this yet....

    Hi,
    I just upgraded everything, check out http://www.ibls.org/iso.php and redownload.
    Improvements include, kernel upgrade to 2.6.14.5 and many bug fixes.
