I doubt it, Windows hasn't implemented a real command line since Windows 95. This probably won't last very long. Real administrators are going to want a real os that they can customize, which microsoft absolutely refuses to allow, to say the least.

I heard about this. One interesting thing is that you will apparently be able to pass various stuff (.docs, web pages, etc.) as objects to other programs.
Personally, I doubt it will take, especially because those expecting UNIX-complexity will likely be disappointed.

yeah, but they will probably have CLI wizards instead of actual commands:
C:\>ls
Configuring your system for its first ls...

on 2k and xp you can run command prompt type in format c: and it will quite hapilly format it....despite the fact that the OS is running from there.
