I had a similar experience with an online dating site. The only people who seemed interested were some Russian women with dodgy profiles who, 'Vanted meet nice Western guy: we get romance.' Yeah right - Meet me, move over here, dump me. Sometimes the same girl would forget she'd already emailed me and she would try again. My memory is long ... very very long.

After a few months I felt sick, demoralised but also strangely amused. I may try online dating again, but only when Saturn is in conjunction with my left nostril and it's the Year of the Strawberry: no! That could happen soon!!
