    I also don't think it's good to do that at your age (mind you I'm 3 years older), that's where most of my problems regarding this happened (and they were biggish problems in my opinion). Anyways what I would suggest is calling her, most girls don't really communicate well over email, AIM maybe, but not email. In person or on the phone is the way to go.

    Yes I asked her out in person.
    There is no problem so complicated that you cannot find a very simple answer to it if you look at it in the right way

    Blissfully married for eight years and got married at age thirty-nine. All you young fellows and ladies, you have plenty of time to find the right person so don't rush into a relationship you might deeply regret later.

    I'm still figuring out the protocol to communicate with women. So far no luck. Single.

    Unfortunately it's a proprietary and unpublished protocol. We should petition them to open-source it.

    If you have a beard you could try this;

    - Find a bar/pub where people in your age group wear leather and listen to rock music
    - Go there and hang out
    - Have a couple of drinks and enjoy yourself

    I bet your feet won't touch the ground! Still, if you hate rock music I suppose it would all be a bit useless. A lot of rock chicks seem to like beards.

    Am I the only one who suddenly thought of Derek Smalls of Spinal Tap? Yes, I think I probably am... nevermind.

    Lol ... I watched the Spinal Tap movie over Christmas. I tend to think of ZZ Top, but maybe that's a sign of increasing age :-}

    Current favourite track = Tush
