SuSE 10.1 with KDE, I'm using the default Icons, and the SuSE theme but the color for the windows is Keramik.

Check out those drop shadows...
Ubuntu Dapper. Gnome using Nuovola icons, Resilience controls, XGL/Compiz and the Vicious CGWD theme. Wallpaper is called Droplets I think. Everything from http://www.gnome-look.org and http://compiz.net
Also gnome-terminal seems to have some cool transparency built in. Also the same thing with Xwinwrap, so that there are some whales and fish swimming around
