Gnome using Nuovola icons, Resilience controls, XGL/Compiz and the Vicious CGWD theme. Wallpaper is called Droplets I think. Everything from http://www.gnome-look.org and http://compiz.net Also gnome-terminal seems to have some cool transparency built in.
