Hi all, but XGL, Beryl and all X server architectures take a lot of RAM. I don't like it.

Bye Maurizio1230

I use an i810 card to get all my effects. Are you having some problems?

Compiz/Beryl run perfectly fine for me (using AIGLX).

Not anymore, I got a new video card. GEForce FX 5200 256MB PCI card.
$49.
But Compiz nor Beryl would work on my Intel810, It would just shut down X and send me to the login screen.

First try at Ubuntu 7.04 (not much customization though, still quite a virgin system):

So latest Beryl 0.2.1 on top of Ubuntu's Gnome 2.18.1

FBSD w/ latest fluxbox port (theme from freshmeat).
Simple and uncluttered - the way I like it.
