Here's why Linux is easier than Windows:
Package Managers! Apt-Get and Portage (among others) allow users to install programs MUCH easier than Windows can.
Hardware Drivers. In SuSE, ALL the hardware is detected and installed automatically! How is this harder than Windows' constant disc changing and rebooting?

yeah, i didn't have it for long. I remember having to download a patch to add the ability to install fonts.

TI 99/4A with BASIC. Thought I felt the earth move when CPM/80 and DOS 2.11 came along on an Epson 8088 based sled with DUAL 5-1/4 floppies!
