Sounds a little ominous. I think it's right to suspect monopolies of any kind. I've always thought that things which are educational and of benefit to people should be accessible, but the prevailing attitude seems to be 'If it doesn't make a profit it's worthless'. So goodbye rain forests, leisure time, the air we breathe and the rest of it ...

Not that I reckon making a profit is always bad. I just think that anything taken to an extreme is evil.
