    default quality gfx in Linspire..?

Can it be possible NOT to need the nvidia driver in certain distros? I just installed Linspire (I'm working my way through the distros before I settle on one) and checked out the open gl screensavers. They all work perfectly, whereas before, with the likes of Mandriva and others, I had to install the driver before I could run the open gl stuff.

If Linspire does these things by default, Ill stick with it. I haven't tried to set-up my wireless network yet or play a dvd, but things are looking good so far.

*pssst* Linspire installs the Nvidia drivers during the installation. Xandros and Mepis do this too.
